A Women’s Retreat with Brooke Medicine-Eagle

Friday 10th to Monday 13th April 2020 at Trigonos, Nantlle, Gwynedd, LL54 6BW, North Wales

Join Brooke and a circle of women to explore revitalizing yourself on all levels: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 

We will gather at one of North Wales most lovely retreat venues, and tune into the Spring energy, feeling for the natural expansion that comes as the plants awaken and quicken into growth.  We will also take time for deep rest, and for dancing our goddess-given creativity into radiant life. We will walk and sit upon the beautiful land for its nurturance, and bathe our feet in pure waters to cleanse away what is old and no longer needed.  

This is a very challenging time for women, with most of us overworked and overburdened.  As we devote ourselves to touching the deep womb of the Mother of All Life, we will find a resting place for birthing ourselves anew. In this time of such intensity, and often even overwhelm, it is vital that we discover and draw upon all the resources and support available to us.

What you will learn will encourage the rejuvenation of your body and brain to function in natural and powerful ways. We will also explore spiritual practices to help you fulfil your needs and set up your life for more grace and ease. We will weave together a special altar and unique ceremony for resurrecting our truest, most authentic, finest selves: an initiation ceremony of gratitude and celebration.

£600 residential space in a twin room with shared facilities (includes all meals)

£700 residential space in a single room ensuite (includes all meals)

£400 non-residential space (includes lunches and dinners)

Trigonos retreat centre is a comfortable and supportive environment with delicious food and stunning scenery, set next to the tranquil Nantlle lake in the Snowdonia National Park.

You can check-in from 3pm on Friday 10th April, and we will begin together with dinner at 7pm followed by teaching. The retreat ends Monday 13th April after lunch at 2pm.
